Applicant must –

• Have 2 years relevant experience in cultural Activities or athletic at world class level (within last 5 year)
• Be willing and able to make a significant contribution to cultural or athletic life
• Willing and able to be self-employed in Canada
• Meet Medical, Security and other condition
• Get a minimum of 35 points from 100on below grade
• Occupation in art, cultural, recreation, and sports – includes Editors, Authors and Writers, Musicians, Singers, Dancers, Actors, Painters, Announcer and Pattern maker and many more
